People and potential customers tend to be attracted to certain images or designs. Although in reality a company’s design or image does not make it a better product, or service. It does make it more recognizable, and it may make it seem more successful simply because of a clever and well designed business card, advertisement, image or logo.

Clever or catchy logos, slogans, tag lines, colors, and even the kind of paper your material is printed on make your piece stand out, and may make people remember a business easier. This is true in all aspects of business. Almost everyone associated the golden arches as a McDonalds restaurant. The same holds true in the real estate market. How ’bout that red, white and blue hot-air balloon? Designing a corporate logo that people can associate your company with the real estate industry could be the deciding reason a person chooses you over a competitor.
